Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all inquiries, quotations, and services provided by IZOPOL RUSZTOWANIA sp. z o.o., including the planning, delivery, assembly, rental, and dismantling of scaffolding.

3. Nature of Services

We provide scaffolding rental, installation, dismantling, material delivery, and related construction-site services.

All work is performed according to applicable safety regulations and industry standards.

4. Quotes & Contract Formation

All quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

A contract is created once the customer accepts a quotation in writing or electronically.

5. Prices & Payment

Prices depend on the scope, duration, and location of the project.

Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include additional fees such as:

  • transportation

  • special equipment

  • extended rental periods

  • unforeseen obstacles or changes on site

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period (usually 14 or 30 days).

We reserve the right to charge late payment fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure:

  • safe access to the construction site

  • stable ground conditions

  • that no other trades obstruct assembly

  • that any necessary permits (e.g., public-space permission) are obtained

If conditions are unsafe, we may refuse installation and charge for additional time or transport.

7. Safety

Our scaffolding must only be used according to safety regulations.

Modifications by third parties are strictly prohibited.

The customer is responsible for monitoring the scaffolding during the rental period.

8. Liability

We are liable only for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence.

We are not liable for:

  • weather damage

  • vandalism

  • misuse by third parties

  • delays caused by other contractors

9. Rental Period

Rental begins at the time of installation and ends only after dismantling.

Any delay caused by the customer may result in additional rental charges.

10. Cancellation

Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

If materials or crew are already scheduled or transported, cancellation fees may apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland
